There is an automated system in operation on the appointments line for routine GP appointments and for any other appointments such as with the Practice Nurse or an urgent appointment you can speak to a receptionist. You can also register with the practice for Patient Access so that you can book appointments, request repeat prescriptions and view certain aspects of your medical record on line.
The practice offers early morning appointments 3 times per week and 1 late evening surgery per week together with morning, lunch time and afternoon appointments.
Telephone consultations are also available with all GPs in certain circumstances, such as test results, medication reviews, sore throats, earache, head lice, V&D, water infections, forms and repeat sick notes. Please inform the receptionist when you ring the appointments line if you wish to have a telephone consultation. If you cannot attend an appointment you have made please ring and cancel it in advance as continued failure to do this will result in you being removed from the practice list.
We have a limited number of parking spaces available for our patients. As we are near to a residential area we politely request all patients respect our neighbours and park safely and courteously.
