How to Access our Online Services

All you need is access to the internet, your date of birth and your NHS number 

1. Head over to our website on your computer or smart phone www.westderbymc.nhs.uk
2. Click "Online Patient Access from Paco GP" and then click "Get Started"
3. Click the appropriate options.  You will then be asked for your NHS number and date of birth
4. You will receive a secure link to your mobile phone. Click the link.
5. Fill in the form.  This then comes through to our care navigation team who will process your request and be in contact within 48 hours.
