Practice Information

There is a member of staff available, either via the telephone or face to face, from Monday to Friday 8am to 6.30pm to deal with your enquiries.  The practice is registered under and conforms to the Data Protection Act and patients can gain access, if necessary, to their records in accordance with current legislation.

Extended Access:

Please note we now offer extended access appointments between 7am - 8am Monday to Friday as well as 6.30pm - 8pm on Tuesday.

The medical centre will be open during these time for those who have these appointments only. This means the telephone lines will not be available and you will be unable to collect prescriptions etc.

 

Additional Information

You can also register with the practice for Patient Access so that you can book appointments, request repeat prescriptions and view certain aspects of your medical record online.
                                   
If you cannot attend an appointment you have made please ring and cancel it in advance as continued failure to do this will result in you being removed from the practice list.

 

We are a part of the IGPC Primary Care Network of 7 GP practices in Liverpool. With a patient population of approximately 58,000 we work in partnership with local services and NHS organisations to develop and improve services to patients.

What is a Primary Care Network?

A Primary Care Network or PCN is a Collaborative Network of multiple GP Practices .

The PCN team consists of Social Prescribers, Pharmacists, Care Coordinators and many other Health Professionals to work with the GP practices to provide many different patient services and benefits.
