  • We listened to patients being unhappy with the appointment system and changed it.  This change has proven to be a great success with both patients and our team at the practice

  • We constantly value feedback and small changes are made to appointment systems following patient feedback, the access system is fluid within our approach to feedback which benefits both the team and patients
